What if I destroy an enemy harbor/factory before his ship is built?

So basically I just want to know what happens to his ship that still has one more day to go before it is ready. Would it be destroyed in production if the harbor is destroyed? Or would it just be stalled until he built a new harbor?

And if I destroyed his factory, would the ship then be destroyed before it is complete, or would it be stalled until he repaired or rebuilt his factory?

EDIT: One last question. If he has tanks in that fort, will the damage be spread among the fort and tanks or just the fort?
